Will of the Wind is extremely careful with all privacy and security issues. Your information is never sold, rented, shared, distributed or in any other way disseminated to
any persons or businesses except to fulfill your order to your fullest satisfaction. In other words, only the shipper and the payment services receive pertinent information about your order so that it can be sent to you in the most timely way possible.

If you choose to use your checking account for an online payment, instead of a credit card, you will need to set up a PayPal account, however that is a very simple process which can be done at the time you are placing your order.
PAYMENT BY CHECK or MONEY ORDER
- Select Check, Money Order in the drop-down menu when selecting a
payment option.
TELEPHONE ORDERS - If
you prefer to order by phone, our order desk is staffed from 10AM to 4PM
Monday through Friday. If a customer service person is not
available when you call, please leave your name and telephone number.
Your call will be returned as soon as the next representative is
available during our regular business hours. Our toll free number

number is presently only available to customers in the U.S. You
may pre-fill your order on the website (optional) by using the Phone
or Fax Pre-Authorization drop-down in the shopping cart. Your
card will not be processed without your telephone confirmation.
SALES TAX - Washington residents will be charged sales tax at the present 7.8% rate for Rainier, WA.

POLICY
Will of the Wind has a 100% Satisfaction
Guaranty on all products. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, you may replace it or return it for an
item of equal value or a full refund as long as the item is resellable
in its original packaging. As of November 2010, there
will be a $7.00 restocking fee. Items must be returned in original packaging and shipping materials.
Please contact Will of the Wind for return authorization within
30 days of purchase.
In the rare event that an item is defective, or damaged in transit,
please contact us immediately.

HOW TO USE THE SHOPPING CART -
Will of the Wind utilizes a "user friendly" shopping cart system. Even if this is your first online shopping experience, you will feel like a pro very soon. You may add as many items to the cart as you wish and before
you begin the checkout process, you can remove items, change the quantity,
and get a quick shipping estimate. When you are ready to proceed
to the "checkout" section, simple directions will guide you through the
options, such as payment methods and shipping options. All payment
and billing information is processed on a secure server using 128 byte
encryption.
When you have finalized your order, you will be able to print a receipt
for your records. You will also receive an order confirmation via
email, so be sure that your email address is correct.
Our technicians work continuously to make your shopping experience as
uncomplicated and as enjoyable as possible while always watching out for

SHIPPING INFORMATION
SAME OR NEXT DAY SHIPPING - Most *items ship within one business day and often on the same day if ordered before 10AM Pacific Time.
SHIPPING INFORMATION Will of the Wind ships using the US Postal Service (USPS), the United Parcel Service (UPS), and Federal Express (FedEx). As you add items to the shopping cart you will see a shipping estimate based on USPS lowest rates. At the time you checkout and finalize the order, you will have the option to compare various USPS, UPS and FedEx shipping methods and then choose the one you want. Wind Chimes are shipped directly from the manufacturer on the west coast (except the "Little Grace Notes" wind chimes shipped from Will of the Wind unless they are to be engraved.) All other items are shipped directly from Will of the Wind in Rainier, WA.
The shopping cart is designed to estimate shipping by adding all shipping weights and dimensions together for all items in your cart. This is meant to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. All rate estimates are directly from the carriers. If our shipping department finds that after packing your items, there is a faster shipping carrier, Will of the Wind reserves the authority to select the best method. At Will of the Wind we will always do our best to get your order delivered to the address you specify in the timeliest, safest, most cost-effective way that meets your desire. The Will of the Wind shopping cart gives you the ability to track your shipment using the tracking feature on the "Order Tracking" and "Order Status" pages. Your tracking number will be posted to your order's information as soon as it becomes available. SHIPPING ADDRESS: Orders shipped via FedEx or UPS must have a physical delivery location because these carriers do NOT DELIVER to PO Box addresses. DOMESTIC - All items are shipped via US Mail, FedEx or UPS Ground. Usually you can expect delivery from 2-9 business days after your order has been received depending on the shipping destination and shipping method. Orders are shipped the same or next business day (M-F). INTERNATIONAL - Will of the Wind accommodates international customers with the USPS International services. Please allow 10-15 business days for your order to arrive. Be sure to include all necessary address information with your order. If the standard form does not provide enough space, you may use the "comments" area to provide additional directions. Customer is responsible for all taxes and Customs duties which may be applicable. Special Note for our International Customers: As of mid-August 2011, Will of the Wind only uses shipping methods which provide Delivery Confirmation and/or Tracking information. (In the past our returning customers may recall that small items, such as koi windsocks, decorative house flags, Grace Notes Little Chimes were shipped via First Class Mail or International Letter because the price was so much more fitting with the relative item cost. - If those customers wish to contact us via email, we will let you know how to proceed with your recurring orders.)
