If you choose to use your checking account for an
online payment, instead of a credit card, you will need to set up a PayPal account, however that is a very simple process which can be done at the time you are placing your order.
PAYMENT BY CHECK or MONEY ORDER -
Select Check, Money Order in the drop-down menu when selecting a
payment option.
TELEPHONE ORDERS - If you prefer to order by phone, our order desk is
staffed from 10AM to 4PM Monday through Friday. If a customer
service person is not available when you call, please leave your name
and telephone number. Your call will be returned as soon as the
next representative is available during our regular business hours.

number is presently only available to customers in the U.S. You
may pre-fill your order on the website (optional) by using the Phone
or Fax Pre-Authorization drop-down in the shopping cart. Your
card will not be processed without your telephone confirmation.
SALES TAX - Washington residents will be charged sales tax at the present 7.8% rate for Rainier, WA.
HANDLING FEE- A small handling fee may be charged on orders charged to a
credit card or PayPal. The present rate is 0%.

Will of the Wind has a 100% Satisfaction
Guarantee on all products. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, you may replace it or return it for an
item of equal value or a full refund. Simply contact Will of the Wind for a return authorization number. Please notify us within 60 days of purchase.
In addition:
1) All of the beautiful Grace Note Wind
Chimes all come with a ten-year warrantee.
2) Will of the Wind's hand crafted weathervanes are
warranted by the manufacturer, Good Directions, to be free of defects in material and
workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of the original purchase.

HOW TO USE THE SHOPPING CART -
Will of the Wind utilizes a "user friendly" shopping cart system. Even if this is your first online shopping experience, you will feel like a pro very soon. You may add as many items to the cart as you wish and before
you begin the checkout process, you can remove items, change the quantity,
and get a quick shipping estimate. When you are ready to proceed
to the "checkout" section, simple directions will guide you through the
options, such as payment methods and shipping options. All payment
and billing information is processed on a secure server using 128 byte
encryption.
When you have finalized your order, you will be able to print a receipt
for your records. You will also receive an order confirmation via
email, so be sure that your email address is correct.

SHIPPING
Will of the Wind ships using the US Postal Service
(USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS.) As you add
items to the shopping cart you will see a shipping estimate based on
USPS rates. At the time you checkout and finalize the order, you
will have the option of selecting a shipping option based on delivery
time and/or carrier.
The shopping cart is designed to estimate shipping
by adding all shipping weights together for all items in your cart.
This is meant to keep your shipping costs as low as possible, however,
once in awhile, we may need to adjust the rate due to packaging.
If the adjusted total exceeds five dollars, we will ask for your
authorization prior to completing the order. At Will of
the Wind we will always do our best to get your order delivered to
the address you specify in the timeliest, safest, most cost-effective
way that meets your desire.
The Will of the Wind shopping cart gives you the ability
to track your shipment using the tracking feature on the
"Order Tracking" and "Order Status" pages.
Your tracking number will be posted to your order's information as soon
as it becomes available.
*Please note, however, that unless you write in the
"Special Instructions" section of the order form, or send us
an email that you prefer a specific method over the other, Will of
the Wind will make the final decision as to the best shipping method.
SHIPPING ADDRESS: Orders
shipped via UPS must have a physical delivery location because UPS
does NOT DELIVER to PO Box addresses.
DOMESTIC - All items are shipped via US Mail or UPS
Ground. Usually you can expect delivery from 5-15 business days
after your order has been processed, however, if an item is not on our
shelves it may take a little longer.
LOCAL - Our local customers who prefer to order online may now
select "Will pick up" as a shipping method.
INTERNATIONAL - Will of the Wind accommodates international customers with the USPS
International services. Please allow 10-15 business days for your order
to arrive. Please be sure to include all necessary address information with your order. If the standard form does not provide enough space, you may use the "comments" area to provide additional directions.
Customer is responsible for any and all taxes and customs duties as may
be applicable according to the laws of the destination country.
